Consent to Processing of Statistical Information

Hereby I, being a legally competent individual, freely, of my own will, and in my own interest, pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", give my consent to the «BIOSTAR TRADE» Limited Liability Company («BIOSTAR TRADE» LLC), INN 7813102185, a legal address: 196006, ST. PETERSBURG, LOMANAYA St., 11A, ROOM 39H, OFFICE 26 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), which owns the website https://biostar.ru (hereinafter referred to as the Site)  (the Operator's resource through which the processing of personal data is carried out) to process my personal data of other categories (not constituting special categories of personal data or biometric personal data), namely:

-  Information collected via analytics/metrics software

 for the purpose of collecting statistical information

by means of collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, blocking, destruction, carried out using automation tools.

This Consent is valid for the duration of using the Site or until the withdrawal of consent.

The Operator shall cease processing my personal data and destroy it within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal of this consent. The destruction of personal data is confirmed by an Act.

The Operator has the right, after receiving the withdrawal of this Consent, as well as after the expiration of this consent's term, to continue processing my personal data to the extent that such processing does not require or will not require Consent under the current legislation of the Russian Federation (Clause 2, Article 9 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data").

I am notified that this Consent may be withdrawn by me in full or in part by sending a letter to the email address: info@biostar.ru
